Our Chief Metaverse Officer, Cathy Hackl, led the Journey team today while making Metaverse history. Journey rang the iconic bell at Nasdaq this morning and, notably, it was also the first time the bell was rung in the Metaverse.

As the Godmother of the Metaverse, Cathy’s years of expertise in this new medium are unparalleled and there could be no one better suited to help usher in the future of the internet, as thousands of creators and professionals arrive in NY for #NFTNYC.

Cathy rang the bell alongside our CEO, Andrew Zimmerman, and Chief Innovation Officer, 🤖Brandon Kaplan. Our dedicated Metaverse team was also at the podium to celebrate this iconic moment along with other Journey team members, partners, and clients.

This exciting event leans into our ethos at Journey where we build real products, with real technologies, to create meaningful experiences for real people – in whichever reality they choose. Today, that reality was on the Nasdaq’s global stage.
